Zoom to Allow its Paid Customers to Take Control of Their Data

Starting from the 18th of April, every paid Zoom customer can opt in or out of a specific data center region. This will determine the meeting servers and Zoom connectors that can be used to connect to Zoom meetings or webinars you are hosting and ensure the best-quality service.
This feature gives Zoom customers more control over their data and their interaction with its global network when using Zoom’s industry-leading video communication services. As per this blog on the Zoom website, paid Zoom customers will be able to customise which data center regions their account can use for its real-time meeting traffic.
