ENGIE Solutions has won a five-year contract to provide operation and maintenance (O&M) services to Gulf Data Hub, a data centre located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. As per the contract, ENGIE Solutions will continue servicing Gulf Data Hub’s TIER III certified data centres in Dubai, accommodating 6,000 sq. meters of white space through integrated facility management services.
These services include technical, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, as well as civil and specialized soft services including white space cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
