Integrated solutions that demonstrate the power and ubiquity of Middle East organizations and consumers adopting Connected Things, Connected Home, and Smart Utilities are the focus for Belkin, Linksys, and Phyn, jointly participating for the first time at GITEX 2019 under the new Foxconn Interconnect Technology (FIT) entity. The Middle East’s increasing levels of connectivity across the business, industry, and consumer markets are supporting the global Internet of Things connectivity market to reach a record-high of $3.8 billion in 2019, according to a recent report by Research and Markets.

Reflecting the needs of the highly mobile, fully charged, and music-centric residents of the Gulf, the Belkin solutions being showcased at GITEX 2019 will include products wireless charges, Thunderbolt docks, audio portfolio, fast charging solutions, and many other things connected. Linksys will demonstrate the latest innovations that can enable seamless connectivity across the Middle East’s residential market. Linksys is seeing strong demand for bandwidth, given the proliferation of smart TVs, voice assistants, and devices connected to the network.
Also reflecting the increase in smart home features across the GCC, Phyn will use GITEX 2019 as a platform to increase awareness of SmartWater solutions. Phyn customers can make more informed choices about water usage, detect leaks, and conserve this resource more effectively. “A seamlessly connected experience is the aim of Belkin at GITEX 2019,” said Fawad Mir, sales director, Belkin, Middle East and Africa. “At GITEX, we are demonstrating to our customers and partners how we are innovating for always-available mobile connectivity and protection.”
The three brands will also host their regional retail partners and distributors from 6-10 October to ensure a highly trained and dynamic approach to meeting end users’ expectations. Belkin, Linksys, and Phyn will be located at Zabeel Hall Z2-D10 at GITEX Technology Week, running from 6-10 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
