The project, under construction for several years, is receiving its final touches as the Kapoor family prepares to relocate to this lavish residence, reportedly valued at approximately Rs 250 crore.
A new video circulating online has provided fans with their first detailed view of the multi-story mansion, featuring two duplex living rooms, elegant chandeliers, hanging gardens, a sprawling deck, and more.
The video, shared by a fan account, offers a sneak peek into the opulent home, highlighting its sophisticated decor that blends seamlessly with modern design. Each balcony is adorned with lush hanging gardens, contrasting beautifully with the stone-grey exterior.
While specifics about the home’s interiors remain undisclosed, Ranbir, Alia, and their daughter Raha have frequently visited the property to monitor structural progress and interior design, ensuring it meets their preferences. Over the past year, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir’s mother, has also been closely involved in overseeing the developments.
The property holds deep sentimental value for the Kapoor family. Originally owned by Ranbir’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor, it was later passed to his parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, in 1980. With the new structure now complete, Ranbir and Alia are set to move in soon. Reports suggest the family had hoped to celebrate Diwali in their new home last year, but delays in finalizing details postponed their plans.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, who last shared the screen in Brahmastra, will reunite in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, alongside Vicky Kaushal. Ranbir also has Nitesh Tiwari’s much-awaited Ramayana slated for release in 2026. Meanwhile, Alia will star as a spy in the upcoming film Alpha.
