For three weeks only, Naughty Pizza and Caia are bringing together Italian Soul and Oriental Spirit in a limited-edition menu that blends Naughty Pizza’s authentic Italian comfort food with Caia’s distinctive approach to desserts, speciality coffee and hospitality.
Guests can start with Naughty Pizza’s take on Italian comfort food, including Classic Arancine Dhs49 (risotto fritters with beef ragu, green peas, provola and homemade potato chips), Cacio e Pepe Frittatina Dhs45 (fried bucatini pasta with Pecorino cream and black pepper, coated in crispy breadcrumbs) and Beef Crocchettone Dhs52 (slow-cooked beef croquette stuffed with Cheddar sauce and served with truffle honey), before moving on to a homemade Classic Lasagna Dhs98.
The line-up of signature pizzas includes the Tartufino Dhs125 (truffle cream, mixed mushrooms, Stracciatella and fresh truffle), Don Brisket Dhs140 (24-hour slow-cooked beef brisket, San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Parmesan cream and fried rosemary) and the exclusive Caia Pizza Dhs99 (fried chicken, Fior di Latte mozzarella, spicy sauce and Chips Oman).
To finish, Caia will serve a trio of desserts including Pistachio Lotus Dhs50 (pistachio mascarpone mousse, Lotus crumble and hazelnut sponge), Classic Tiramisu Dhs55 (Brazilian espresso, mascarpone mousse and cocoa powder) and Lemon Dhs45 (mascarpone mousse, lemon cream, hazelnut biscuit and lemon coulis). Founded by Bart and Monika Misztal, Naughty Pizza has built a loyal following through bold flavours, authentic Italian pizza-making and an unapologetically fun personality. Meanwhile, Muhsin Badri’s Caia has become one of Dubai’s favourite café concepts, known for its speciality coffee, distinctive desserts and premium guest experience.
Bart Misztal, Co-Founder of Naughty Pizza, said, “At Naughty Pizza, we’re always looking for ways to bring people together over great food and a good time. Caia shares that same passion for quality and creativity, so this collaboration felt like a natural fit. We’ve taken some of our favourite Italian dishes, Caia has worked its magic on the sweet side, and together we’ve created something that’s fun, indulgent and a little bit naughty.”
Muhsin Badri, Founder of Caia, added, “People know Caia for desserts and coffee. They probably didn’t expect us to start serving pizza and lasagna. That’s exactly why we loved the idea. This collaboration is playful, indulgent and brings together two brands that aren’t afraid to do things differently.”
