Ferrari has unveiled the new Amalfi Spider, a front-mid-engine V8 2+ convertible that blends performance with everyday usability. Designed for drivers seeking a more dynamic experience without sacrificing comfort, the model combines strong performance with the appeal of open-air motoring.
The Amalfi Spider retains the elegant proportions of the Amalfi coupe while introducing a fabric soft top that opens in 13.5 seconds at speeds of up to 60 km/h. The roof’s compact design helps preserve luggage capacity, offering 255 litres with the roof closed and 172 litres when open. Ferrari says the five-layer fabric provides insulation comparable to a retractable hardtop.
Under the bonnet is a 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 from Ferrari’s F154 engine family, producing 640 hp and revving up to 7,600 rpm. The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and features enhanced turbo management and lightweight components to improve responsiveness and efficiency.

The exterior design features sculpted surfaces, a long bonnet, large front air intake and an integrated rear active spoiler that adjusts automatically to improve stability at high speeds. Ferrari has also introduced a new colour option, Rosso Tramonto, inspired by the hues of the Amalfi Coast at sunset.
Inside, the cabin adopts a dual-cockpit layout with a minimalist design and advanced digital interface. A 15.6-inch digital instrument cluster, 10.25-inch central touchscreen and 8.8-inch passenger display provide access to vehicle functions and performance data. The car also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with wireless smartphone charging and remote monitoring through the MyFerrari Connect system.
Ferrari says the Amalfi Spider is designed to deliver an engaging open-top driving experience while maintaining the practicality and versatility expected of a modern grand tourer.
