Mister Baker is marking the UAE’s 54th National Day with a new limited-edition “Born in the UAE” collection, headlined by a two-meter-tall cake weighing 100 kilograms. The display piece, priced at AED 25,000, will be unveiled at the bakery’s Jumeirah flagship on November 26, 2025.
The cake, titled “Born in the UAE: From Tradition to Tomorrow,” features a series of crafted elements representing the country’s historical and modern landmarks. The base includes depictions of desert forts and dunes, while upper tiers incorporate figures such as the Miracle Garden elephant, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, and the Dubai Frame. The structure is topped with a model of the Burj Khalifa and an Emirates A380 aircraft.
According to Mister Baker, the cake was designed and assembled by its in-house team as part of an annual National Day initiative.
“Every year, we aim to tell the UAE’s story through cake,” said Sahil Fotedar, Director of Mister Baker UAE. “This year’s creation focuses on the balance between heritage and innovation.”
In addition to the display piece, Mister Baker will offer a range of National Day-themed products from November 24 to December 7, including a rose swirl cake, a minimalistic National Day cake, a fruit cake, and gift hampers. The items will be available in-store and online.
The showcase at the Jumeirah branch will be open to the public for viewing and photography throughout the period.
